Surface Preparation Requirements:

The steel surface to be coated must be free of oil, scale, rust, and old coatings. Methods pke shot blasting or sandblasting should be used to meet Swedish standard Sa2.5 with a roughness of 30-70μm; manual rust removal can also be done to meet Swedish standard St3 with a roughness of 30-70μm.
