Old plant failed. New plant wanted zero risk. Our coating system delivered
This is a new project we took on—a corrosion protection job for a pulp and paper plant.
When the client reached out, they told us:
"In our old plant, the walls turned black, the concrete cracked, peeled, and even grew mold. The damage was serious."
This time, they wanted to solve the problem at its root.
After on-site investigation, we found the real cause—
High humidity and heat in the pulping area, which led to mold and structural deterioration of the walls. We quickly prepared a test section with the following full-system solution:
✔ Concrete Sealer– closes pores, resists alkalinity, and prevents carbonation
✔ Graphene Glass Flake Primer – blocks chemical gases and moisture penetration
✔Polyurethane Topcoat – corrosion-resistant, aesthetic, and easy to clean
The client was very satisfied.
They entrusted us with the pipe racks, trusses, and storage silos as well.
A small breakthrough...
earned us the entire project.
Was it worth it? You tell me.
