Now, a thin layer of water-based nano thermal insulation coating

— with a typical thickness of only 5 millimeters —

is becoming the new industrial standard.

This coating contains special nano hollow microspheres

or burns through the workshop air.

Applied on baking lines, high-temperature boilers, and hot air ducts,

surface temperatures can drop by 30°C to 50°C.
