This is a two-component, amine-cured modified epoxy coating. It is a thick-paste product characterized by low surface preparation requirements and high solid content. The inclusion of glass flakes enhances its wear resistance and scratch resistance. It is specifically designed for areas where ideal surface preparation cannot or is not required. It provides long-term corrosion protection in highly corrosive environments. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, topcoat, or single-layer system in atmospheric and submerged environments. It is suitable for appropriately treated carbon steel and aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at surface temperatures as low as 0°C.

Use

Suitable for both offshore and onshore equipment. Applied in industrial heavy-duty corrosion protection and harsh corrosive environments, suitable for protecting offshore structures such as steel pipe piles, conductor jackets, etc., in splash zones, tidal zones, and submerged areas in seawater.
