High Performance Coatings

The inorganic zinc-rich primer is a two-component self-curing coating, with the second component being an inorganic curing agent. The first component consists of high-quality inorganic silicone resin, zinc powder, additives, and solvents. It is zinc-rich, providing electrochemical protection through the zinc powder. The coating has high hardness, excellent high-temperature resistance without affecting welding performance, outstanding drying properties, high adhesion, and good mechanical properties.

Use
Widely used for steel plate pretreatment shot blasting in metallurgy, containers, various transportation vehicles, and construction machinery. It is particularly suitable for rust prevention on steel structures and is an ideal solution for metal surface pretreatment and rust prevention.
